MENTAL HEALTH IN THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY

Share

Mental health heavily influences our quality of life. So it makes sense that mental health, just like physical health, needs to be taken care of and maintained. And one way that it can be maintained is through finding a sense of community.

WLICC in conjunction with The Imperial College Islamic Society have organised a few presentations on mental health issues in the Muslim community.

Given the COVID19 crisis people have had their lives changed drastically; new pressures and new challenges. The seminar will shed light on some of the issues often ignored in our communities and how to look after ones mental health. Please join us via Zoom, a link will be sent out nearer the time.

Many thanks.
