Imam Musa Abuzaghleh
Imam Musa Abuzaghleh began studying the Qur’an at a young age in Jordan, He received first place in a number of Qur’an competitions throughout his childhood. He then moved on to study under various sheikhs before finally finishing his Ijazah. He has written his own syllabus of Tajweed, which he collected from a number of his teachers and books. Sheikh Musa presents shows on Islam Channel where he also teaches his syllabus of Tajweed. As well as teaching in a number of institutes, he also holds various classes in different mosques. Sheikh Musa also leads taraweeh in both the UK and abroad.
Sheikh Hamza Bin Hamid
Sheikh Hamza Bin Hamid is our new part time Imam.
Sheikh Hamza was born and raised in Madina. He memorised the Quran at a young age and has Ijaza in three different Riwayt. He also studied Hadith and has Ijazah in Hadith on the six Authentic Hadith Books.
Over the years he has had many teachers in both Madina and Egypt. He is a renowned author of many books some of which have been published. Shiekh Hamza is leading one Jumma Khutbah a week, and will be leading the prayers at the following times:
Friday: Maghrib, Esha - Dars in Arabic after Maghrib to Esha
Saturday: Fajr to Esha - Dars in Arabic after Maghrib to Esha
Sunday: Fajr/Dhur/Asr – (Arabic reminder for 10min after Dhur)
